Synopsis
GARDENFIT takes a new approach to gardening, based on the premise that gardening should be joyful, not painful. It’s a first-of-its-kind fusion of stunning garden tours and common-sense self-care, teaching viewers how to take care of their bodies while taking care of their gardens.
