Ep. 2: Those Lowdown Ultrasound Pink-or-Blues
Marilyn accompanies Carol to have her first ultrasound. When Carol dashes off to use the restroom, Marilyn secretly finds out the sex of the baby (which Carol doesn't want to know). This knowledge leads to awkward moments between the two until the make their peace in the end.

Ep. 3: Death of a Crossing Guard
When Milo, the school crossing guard, dies after being hit by a car, the mommies give their kids ""the death talk."" Carol & Marilyn take Milo's the hardest, because the kids aren't taking it at all. To show the guard's family they care, Carol & Marilyn make their families attend his funeral. Meanwhile, Danny gets a pet frog, but he learns about death the hard way as it dies in the end.

Ep. 6: Revenge of the Mommies
The mommies feel unappreciated after going out of their way to help their kids and husbands on Halloween. So while they're out Trick-or-Treating, the mommies turn the Larson house into ""The Mommies' House of Horror."" They pull their own pranks on everyone to get evenwith them being unappreciative. Danny - Carol puts him in a desk chair with a thinking cap and makes him sit there until he writes a thank-you note to his grandmother. Blake - Force him to talk to a girl he has a crush on. Casey - Marilyn has Adam do her math homework, and makes her do the corrections, but it's difficult to do since she's dressed as the Golden Gate Bridge. Adam - Marilyn shows him Tiffany kissing a pizza delivery boy. Jack - Marilyn makes him put on his wedding tuxedo (to show that time has taken its toll). Paul - Carol invites her mother to move in with them.

Ep. 8: Doggie Dearest
A stray dog wonders in the yard, and the four kids agree to take turns taking care of him, but it's the mommies that end up doing all the work when the kids neglect their duties. To see if the kids would notice, Carol & Marilyn have the dog taken away, but the dog returns to them sick.

Ep. 9: Thanks, But No Thanksgiving
Carol & Marilyn are left in charge of the kids school play. After doing research, they decide to change the script a bit to give the girls extra lines, and add events from their own lives in the play. Adam decides to spend dinner eating lobster with Tiffany and her mom. Meanwhile, Paul tries to get Carol to re-create his mother's ""famous"" pie recipe (which his mother refuses to give her). Carol in the end decides to make the pie ""her own way"" by getting a ready-made pie crust with filling in a can, which turns out to be the recipe.

Ep. 19: Valentine's Day
For Valentine's Day, Carol decided to surprise Paul by getting her tubes tied so they don't have to worry about having another baby. However, Paul's gift to Carol is getting a vasectomy. He talls Jack, Jack tells Marilyn, and Marilyn tells Carol. When Carol finds out, she decides not to have her tubes tied. However, when Barb drives Paul to the doctor to get the vasectomy, he chickens out and the two are having sex without birth control unknowing. After a test, Carol learns she's not pregnant.

Ep. 20: Mr. Mommie
Tom, the new neighbor moves in with his two kids. After first meeting with him, the mommies make their own assumptions about him. (Carol thinks he's a bigamist, Marilyn thinks he's a spy, and Barb thinks he's gay). After the husbands inform Tom the wives are gossiping about him, he decides to get back at them by making them think their assumptions are true.

Ep. 24: The Exercist
Barb visits a psychiatrist after failing to help Marilyn & Carol lose weight. She tells the story, including all the plans she used to help them including an exercise bike, the ""junk food only"" diet, and a workout video. Carol & Marilyn decide to make their own ""mommy edition"" exercise video showing ways how mommies stay in shape by doing household chores. In the end Barb finally admits she's not perfect, and that she failed at helping them lose weight, although Tom had lost five pounds due to going two weeks without coffee cake.
