  We join the publisher & editor of The Canadian Fly Fisher magazine, Chris Marshall, to fly fish for Brook Trout on a small eastern Ontario stream. This stream is unique because 20 years earlier it was nothing more than a muddy and essentially lifeless body of water but thanks to the efforts of some concerned anglers, it is now a vibrant eco-system. An important show for those who want to start restoration projects in their area. A wonderful and compelling episode from season one of The New Fly Fisher.

In this show we touch on many of the basics needed to successfully catch small stream Brook Trout. This video was originally made in 2001 but still provides lots of tactics, valuable information on holding waters and recommended fly patterns.
