Levison's journey begins on the edge of Arabia in war-torn Syria, where he runs the gauntlet into an even more dangerous Iraq. Dodging ISIS bullets and under constant threat, he braves the legacy of decades of instability.

Levison contines his journey through the oil-rich megacities of the Gulf before embarking on a traverse of the infamous barren sands of Oman's empty quarter. Once he's ascended the remote Dhofar Mountains, Levison attempts to cross the deadly war zone.
