In this episode, the second story of their tour in Baltic states unfolds. Don Spike and Dong Jun move over to Latvia. With Don Spike's lead, they head straight to the Riga Central Market. Amazed by its huge size, Don Spike focuses on getting the ingredients for new recipes. After grocery shopping, they visit a family where Dong Jun runs across the lady of fate. Ep. 3: Episode 3 (2019-02-15)

In this episode, the third and last story of their tour in Baltic states is revealed. Don Spike and Dong Jun move over to Lithuania this time. Upon visiting the beautiful Trakai Island Castle, Don Spike whines that he hadn't had enough since he came there. They also visit the local dumpling place. Kibinai, the traditional dumpling, makes them crave for it so much. On the last night, they hold an event for the production team as a token of their gratitude.

In this episode, Don Spike and Dong Jun came back to Korea with the experience of eating various food. What Don Spike recalls first is the noodles. He tries to make noodles with skabie kaposti jupa in Latvia. On the opening day of the pop-up restaurant, his Northern Europe style dish is revealed to the customers.
