Synopsis
Detective Didi serial is based on character name Bunty Sharma, who is also known as Detective Didi. Bunty is a feisty woman, who uses her attention to detail to solve puzzling crimes along with Bhim, who is an honest policeman. Both of them take on serial killers, crime lords, gangsters and all, both employing desperate measures in desperate situations. Detective Didi is a popular Indian television serial Detective and Drama serial, which premiered on December 9, 2017 on Zee TV and produced by Trilogy Krikos Production. The serial is starring Manish Goplani and Sonia Balani in lead roles. Detective Didi is directed by Vikram Ghai and Mohit Jha, and the written by Ila Bedi Dutta, Sanjay Kumar, Malavika Asthana, and Styam K. Tripathi.

Ep. 1: Episode One
Seeing the rising crime rate in Delhi, Detective Didi aka Bunty Sharma, takes it upon herself to wipe crime from the area. Living in the busy streets of Chandni Chow, Bunty learns of a child trafficking racket going on in the city. Bunty decides to follow the lead and catch hold of the mastermind behind this racket.

While chasing an important clue regarding the child trafficking racket, Bunty gets hit by a bullet and falls down unconscioius. Meanwhile, Gattu gets teased by his friends while playing football that his father is not there with him. On the other hand, the Sheikh from Dubai calls up Salman to ask what is the progress with the children who have to be smuggled. Will Detective Didi regain consciousness and unmask this racket?

Ep. 8: Episode Eight
Bunty sees Sangeeta running on the road as Sangeeta's body catches fire. Later, the people start protesting against Sangeeta's in-laws after they assume that they are responsible for her accident. Shortly after that, the police cross-examine Sangeeta's in-laws about the incident. Later, the in-laws tell the police that they are innocent. After a while, Bunty decides to investigate the case after Sangeeta's in-laws are released on bail.

Sangeeta meets Detective Didi and tells her that she faked her death to ensure her husband's grandmother is brought to justice. She tells her how she was harassed and forced to take a sonography. On the other hand, Bhim Singh arrests Rakesh who is held responsible for Sangeeta's death. Later on, Sangeeta asks Detective Didi to help her give justice to all the women who have been murdered for not paying their in-laws the required dowry.

Ep. 11: Episode Eleven
Bunty is saved from the incoming train by Dipika Kakkar when her foot gets stuck on the track. Inspector Bhullar calls her and tells her that he has found the place where the stolen babies were kept and asks her to reach that place immediately. But the place turns out to be empty. They find a few nametags and after checking the history of thefts they find that all the babies were born in the same hospital. Inspector Bhullar concludes that one of the hospital staffers must be involved.

Ep. 12: Episode Twelve
Bunty finds a dead girl hanged to a tree, which leaves her stunned. She immediately calls the police for the investigation. Shortly after that, Bunty tries to console the dead girl's mother and promises her that she will get justice for her daughter. After a while, Bhim Singh Bhullar is surprised to see a peacock's feather in the dead girl's hair. Consequently, Bunty assumes that the peacock's feather is crucial evidence to solve the case.

Ep. 13: Episode Thirteen
Detective Didi tries to rescue Bhim Singh, who is tied to the ceiling but gets drugged by another pandit. Following that, Bhim Singh beats up the pandits who try to drug him and disguises himself as one of them. Later, he tries to rescue Detective Didi when a pandit tries to molest her. After that, they flee the ashram and Detective Didi confesses her love for Bhim Singh in her drug-induced state. However, Bhim Singh takes a video of Detective Didi without her knowledge.

Ep. 14: Episode Fourteen
A strange man, who is disguised as a clown, throws acid on Annie's face. He immediately hands the bottle to a confused Gattu. He later gets arrested when a witness testifies against him. Meanwhile, Detective Didi helps Nalini, an acid attack survivor, get married to a wonderful man, When she reaches the police station, she scolds Bhim Singh for arresting Gattu without listening to his side. So Bhim Singh interrogates Gattu and goes in search of the attacker.

Ep. 15: Episode Fifteen
Detective Didi chases a clown who tries to throw some acid on Bhim Singh's face. The following day, she tells Bhim Singh about the incident. He goes in search of criminals who have recently bought acid and arrests the manager of a nightclub. On the other hand, Detective Didi follows Rani and overhears her conversation with a doctor. Later, she bumps into a man who looks like Rani and tells Bhim Singh her whereabouts. However, someone hits Detective Didi on the head.

Bunty learns about Pratiksha's death, which leaves her stunned. Bunty then finds out that the famous celebrity's death is a conspiracy. After a while, at the crime scene, Bhim Singh Bhullar is trying to find evidence when Bunty arrives there to investigate. However, Bhim Singh Bhullar asks Bunty to leave after he is unwilling to let Bunty intervene in the case. Shortly after that, Bunty decides to solve the case and find the culprit behind Pratiksha's death.

In an attempt to force a confession from Vishal, Sandhya gives him a severe beating. Bunty shows up and manages to stop her. She tells Sandhya to be patient while she looks for the real killer who is still on the loose. Her investigation leads her to Vishal’s house where Kaka comes forward and provides her with the evidence she’s looking for. Later, Payal is questioned and she lies to the detectives and tries to prove her innocence. Due to this, Sandhya slaps her in a fit of rage.

Bunty and Bhim play Holi, the festival of colours. A woman approaches Bunty and asks her to save her child who has been sold for money. Later, Bunty goes to the school to pick up Gattu. The watchman tells her that Gattu’s uncle took him home. When she starts asking people nearby about Bunty, she hears a tantrik talking about how the lunar eclipse is an auspicious time for sacrificing a child. Bunty and Bhim start searching for Gattu. Afterwards, Bunty finds a bag full of money at her house.

Ep. 22: Episode Twenty Two
Out on the street, Bunty and Gattu meet Priya. She insists on them coming with her as they have no place to stay and are out of cash. Later, Bhullar and his men come across a dead body of a man who was a suspect in a rape case but was let go. They notice rapist tattooed on his forehead and his private part missing. Meanwhile, Bunty meets Priya’s fiance Sada who was caught by a gang of women who tattooed rapist on his forehead but he was able to escape before they could harm him.

Ep. 23: Episode Twenty Three
Bunty is worried because Gattu has been kidnapped. After that, Bhullar assures her that he will do his best to find Gattu. Later that night, a woman threatens to harm Gattu if she refuses to follow her instructions. Following that, Bunty is relieved to find Gattu. On the other hand, Bhullar arrests a group of men and realises that they were the ones who kidnapped him. The following day, Bhullar promises Gattu that he will always protect Bunty because he loves her.

Ep. 24: Episode Twenty Four
Inspector Bhim Singh Bhullar lets Bunty walk out of the prison as she is cleared of all the charges after an investigation. Meanwhile, Munna celebrates the acquisition of Bunty's house with his friend. Later, a double murder in the city puts the policemen in a fix. But Bunty decides to solve the case with the help of a hacker. With the help of Bhim Singh Bhullar, Bunty manages to nab the killer. After the arrest, Bhim Singh Bhullar confesses his feelings for Bunty.
