Synopsis

Fam and Ihrie are two Ruin Explorers, trying to make a living by salvaging old relics hidden in the ruins of a long lost era when magic ruled the world. Although Ihrie is a powerful sorceress, she has been cursed and everytime she casts a spell she turns into a fluffy little rodent. In order to remove the curse she is looking for the Ultimate Power that is sealed by three relics they must find. However, Ihrie soon finds out they are not the only ones who desire this power and while some of the competitors may be friendly, others seek this power to spread evil across the land.

Map in hand, Fam and Ihrie go after the Proof of Royalty hidden in an ancient castle — running headlong into rival explorers Miguel and Rasha, and the thoroughly untrustworthy merchant Galuff. By the time the dust settles, they've learned the catch: the Ultimate Power takes three relics, not one.
Ep. 2: Oh, Spirits that Reside in the Air! (1995-08-25)

On the road, Fam meets Prince Lyle and promptly falls for him. In a ruined city the party runs into Ruguduroll — a sorcerer their attacks simply cannot touch. Lyle then reveals what's driving him: this is the man who destroyed his kingdom.
Ep. 3: Let the Light of Admonishment Shine Upon the Fools (1995-11-25)

Only someone whose wishes are free of self-interest can lay hands on the Sword of Sargus — and that turns out to be Fam. Then Ruguduroll strikes, making off with the relics they've gathered. In the chaos, one thread of hope surfaces: Ihrie's magic is the one thing that can wound him.
Ep. 4: The Skies, the Sea and the Woods (1996-02-25)

Magical records lay bare the tragedy in Ruguduroll's past — but there's no turning back now. The party storms his castle and finally brings him down, and Lyle sets out to rebuild the kingdom he lost.
