The events take place within a private hospital between the team of doctors, nurses, nurses and patients in a cynical comedy as the hospital is located on the hot road, making this hospital of special character both in terms of the workers who have accepted the work in this remote seasonal location or in terms of inmates from two resorts or Arabia or emergency passes on the way to travel the hospital owns an elderly doctor Hassan Shaker (Bayoumi Fouad) returning from France after a long absence, and was dreaming To change the world in Egypt with its knowledge but it was a routine collision that made him lose hope. Dr. Hasan Shaker is suffering from Alzheimer's, but he always suggests that his memory is an iron, everyone is afraid of and does not show him his condition. Dr. Shaker is always the boy who's starting to get all in big trouble. In addition, he feared breaking the rules and instructions, making him a concern for everyone in the hospital
