• Ep. 1: Leeds (2011-10-10)

  Phil travels to north Leeds, where Emma and Lee Fozard are in desperate need of his property expertise. A couple with three young boys, Emma and Lee have outgrown their current home and dream of moving to pastures new. But this three-bed semi is in trouble. After eight months on the market and 18 viewings, there have been no offers on it. Emma and Lee are worn out. Unfortunately, so is the house. While the family are out for the day, Secret Agent Spencer has a snoop around, discovering threadbare carpets, dog-eaten doors and a topsy-turvy garden that all the viewers have turned their noses up at. After confronting Emma and Lee with his cheekily rewritten property particulars, Phil gives the family advice on how to get their home ready for his open viewing in one week's time. But not everyone is impressed with his plans. Phil also works with buyers Jonathan and Anna, a young couple looking for a new home in order to start a family.

  Phil Spencer travels to the south coast to help mum Martina and nan Peggy sell both their houses and move in together, but he's hampered by their brightly coloured decor and textured walls. With two sets of sellers and multiple buyers to satisfy, is Secret Agent Spencer spreading himself too thin?

  Phil's secret assignment takes him to Stoneclough, just outside Bolton, on what could be a mission impossible. He visits a two-bed terrace that is crammed with enough knick-knacks and decorative touches to fill an auction house, so it's clearly cherished by owners Alex and Aneta. But with more than a thousand days on the market and no offers, the love stops at the front door. After an undercover investigation, Phil discovers the house isn't listed with a local agent. And it's over-priced as well as over-stuffed. Also, Phil's working with Will and Ste, a pair of property investors who feed on this area for its buy-to-let opportunities. Would they consider shelling out extra thousands for a property here?

• Ep. 4: Balham (2011-10-13)

  Phil Spencer gives property advice to two friends struggling to sell their three-bedroom flat in south-west London. Phil helps Graeme and David, two friends who have been struggling for the past 15 months to sell their three-bedroom flat. With 42 viewings and two offers that have fallen through, something's definitely amiss, especially in a market where good two-bed flats can fly off the shelves in as little as three weeks. Phil is parachuted in to investigate why the property is failing to sell, and what he discovers is a multitude of problems. After confronting Graeme and David with the brutal truth, Phil gives the duo ideas and advice on how to fix the problems. Phil approaches a possible buyer, Rebecca. She is looking to purchase her first home and is interested in finding a two-bedroom flat with a small garden. Is she the perfect buyer for Graeme and David?

  Phil Spencer advises on how to spruce up and sell a three-bedroom detached cottage on the outskirts of Manchester that has been on the market for a staggering four years with no offers. On an undercover investigation Phil finds a nasty surprise in the bedroom.

  Phil's latest secret mission takes him to Dorking, where he finds a period property that's charming on the outside and a little bit alarming on the inside.

• Ep. 7: Riccall (2011-10-18)

  In the north Yorkshire village of Riccall, Phil Spencer meets Lawrence and Catherine Bendelow, who are struggling to sell a house they've been renting out to tenants for four years.

  In Harrogate Phil meets Andrew and Jenna, whose three-bed in the exclusive Duchy area should have flown off the shelf. But on closer inspection he finds some serious problems lurking.

  Phil visits Milford, a small but perfectly formed village not far from Godalming, Surrey, where Nick Walsh's three-bed house leaves him flabbergasted.

• Ep. 10: Wakefield (2011-10-21)

  Property expert Phil Spencer visits Wakefield to help the Murphy family sell their higgledy-piggledy, end-of-terrace home in a hurry so they can start a new life in Perth, Australia.

  It's an undercover operation of the Welsh-valley variety for Agent Spencer as he finds himself in Llanharan, Pontyclun, with a house for sale that's in need of a re-vamp.

• Ep. 12: Pinner (2011-10-25)

  Today Phil's Secret Agent mission takes him to the affluent area of Pinner in Harrow and the five-bed family home of Vaseem, Ayeesha and their two children.

• Ep. 13: Llandaff (2011-10-26)

  Phil visits the Welsh capital of Cardiff and a 1940s bachelor pad that's a bacteria fest of unclean surfaces, grimy floors and manky carpets.

• Ep. 14: Watford (2011-10-27)

  Phil's latest secret assignment takes him to Watford and the four-bed detached house of John and Mirasol Lockwood, and Emma Green and Steve Wright and their dog Bruno.

• Ep. 15: New Malden (2011-10-28)

  It's a secret mission to challenge the very best of them as Phil heads to New Malden in Surrey, and a semi-detached family home which has the busy A3 in the front garden.

  Phil Spencer is in Ashton, Bristol helping David Wood sell his three bedroom house.

• Ep. 17: Croydon (2011-11-01)

  Phil Spencer helps Kerry and Rowan sell their three bedroom family home in south London.

  Phil Spencer visits Hallam, near Bristol, to help Becky and Mike sell their three bedroom terrace house, which has had only five viewings in five months on the market.

• Ep. 19: Swansea (2011-11-03)

  Phil visits a home near Swansea in south west Wales which owners, John and Layla Morrissey and their family, have outgrown.

• Ep. 20: Orpington (2011-11-04)

  Phil is in the fourth week of his mission to get Britain moving again, travelling in and around England and Wales to help shift several properties stuck in the property quagmire.
