The Dork Hunters must sabotage the latest microgalaxy delivery that is being given to Fido and Jones.

When Mac, Nikki and Romeo are informed that they're going to be transferred to another galaxy in two days and will be replaced, they, alongside Eddie and Angie, must train their replacements to take the lead before they leave.

During a time capsule opening at Paramus High, Fido tells Jones the story of how one of the microgalaxies ended up there, which is also the story of the Dorks' arrival to Earth and how he and Jones adopted their current Earth identities.

Fido uses Angie's fashion and shopping addictions to lure her into a trap.
Ep. 25: Dorks of Hazzard

Romeo and Eddie race against a Dork named Johnny Hazard after finding out that one of his monster truck's props has a microgalaxy hidden inside it.
Ep. 26: Mind Wavy Gravy

Fido creates a gravy recipe to make the Dork Hunters forget who they are.
Ep. 27: Dorkzilla

Inspired by a movie recently shown on TV, Fido plans to get rid of the Dork Hunters once and for all by shrinking them and trapping them inside one of the microgalaxies.
Ep. 28: Private School

Eddie and Angie are admitted into a private school, but the school is crowded with Dorks and Fido has hidden a microgalaxy there.
Ep. 29: Scavenger Hunt

After Fido gets stung by a bee, he and Jones are forced to make a deal with the Dork Hunters in order to save the former's life.
Ep. 30: Bone of Contention

After Fido loses the communication bone he uses to remind the Dork High Command that he is safe, the Earth's fate is in jeopardy and he, Jones and the Dork Hunters have to retrieve it before it's too late.
Ep. 31: Sushi Sidney

An observer is sent to Earth to supervise the Dork Hunters after they lose a microgalaxy to the Dorks, which will bring the team and especially Sidney more than one problem.
Ep. 32: Summer Vacation: Part 1

The Dork Hunters go on summer vacation to Tortuga Island, unaware that a buried treasure chest full of micro-galaxies is located there and Fido and Jones are after it.
Ep. 33: Summer Vacation: Part 2

After ending up stranded on Tortuga Island, the Dork Hunters must try to get back to civilization and catch up with Fido and Jones. On his own adventure to reunite with the Dork Hunters, Sidney meets the ghost pirates who hold the treasure chest.
Ep. 34: Summer Vacation: Part 3

The Dork Hunters and Sidney need to face one final battle against the ghost pirates, as well as Fido and Jones, before they can obtain the microgalaxies from the treasure chest.
Ep. 35: The D Files

Suspicious that he is aware of the Dorks' existence, Fido and Jones trick a mailman into targeting the Dork Hunters.
Ep. 36: The Final Episode... Or Not?

After the Dork Hunters successfully retrieve all the microgalaxies from the Dorks, it is revealed that the whole series was a reality show and the producers negotiate with Fido, Jones and the Dork Hunters to bring it back.
