Synopsis

Karin, a DNA operator from the future, is on a mission to change the course of History by stopping Junta Momonari from becoming the Mega-Playboy who fathered 100 children and led to the overpopulation of the world. But Junta is no playboy; in fact he is allergic to girls. But when Karin shoots him with the wrong DNA-altering bullet, he starts sporadically becoming the Mega-Playboy capable of charming any woman. Karin must try to restore the situation to normal before the change to Mega-Playboy becomes irreversible.

In order to do "follow-up reports" on Junta, Karin's back from the future, and she's out to have a blast! Junta and Ryuji seem to be doing fine, and their DNA is returning to normal. But it seems there's another actor on this stage, and he's arriving from the future, too

Mori, the man from the future, reveals his master plan to Karin, but she isn't about to let him have his way! Meanwhile, Junta confronts his own descendent, come to visit him from the future. But she doesn't seem to be on great grandfather's side!
Ep. 3: (OVA) I'll Never Forget You (1995-06-25)

The final confrontation begins. Mori has total control over Junta, and things seem grim. It's up to Karin to remind Junta that his DNA doesn't control him--and she'd better do it fast, because his Mega-Playboy genes aren't playing around!
