Synopsis

Those Scurvy Rascals is a children's animated series following the adventures of three underwear obsessed pirates. First aired by Nickelodeon UK in May 2005, it is now broadcast worldwide. The main characters Sissy Le Poop, Smelly Pete and Shark Bait all live on the ship called "The Soiled Pair" and go on a different random adventure in every episode. The series was developed and produced by Blue-Zoo Productions and is owned by Entara. The opening sequence features their ship and the names of the characters. The theme song is as follows:

Our three piratin' scallywags discover a map showing the whereabouts of some bottom bounty! They find a chest full of pants and have to escape from the natives and a giant washing machine monster! Shiver me panties!

Pant domination on a universal scale seems likely as our crew journey into outer space to discover a pant infested planet! Smelly Pete blasts their ship into the sky, only to discover the pants are not what they appear to be.

When Polly the Parrot discovers a pretty spotted egg on board The Soiled Pair she decides to mother her 'baby' until it hatches. But the boisterous Scurvy Rascals have other ideas and take the egg for breakfast!

A scorching hot day has Those Scurvy Rascals pedalling their fan furiously - shooting them across the world to Pantartica! Landing at the feet of some sneaky penguins, the scurvy pant-nappers follow the trail for treasure.

Two giant pink sea monsters play with the The Soiled Pair until a slip of the tentacle sees the ship and it's pant stealin' pirates sail down one unlucky monster's throat. Luckily Smelly Pete burps up a monster anatomy book!

Sissy Le Poop and Smelly Pete lay back on the ocean waves, playing their instruments. But when Shark Bait grabs his trumpet, his playing is so bad that he gets blasted off the ship on to the nearest island.

Rascals sink their vessel when challenging one another to a pant-astic diving competition. Shark Bait soon discovers that rescuing their treasure from the grip of a stubborn oyster is a tricky business.

Uncovering a Panty Pyramid, while playing volleyball, the Rascals navigate their way through frightening passageways until they reach the golden pants trophy and awaken the sleeping mummy.

Those Scurvy Rascals discover the wonders of internet shopping from the comfort of The Soiled Pair - but they don't want gold and they don't want treasure, they only want your pants!
Ep. 10: Super Pants

Sissy Le Poop's tea party is interrupted by a flashing on the radar which can mean only one thing - pants ahoy! The Rascals have to come up with a plan to de-pant Super Pants which leads Polly into a sticky situation!

The Rascals set about concocting a scientific brew that will fulfil all of their wildest pant-filled dreams! But sadly for the crew their enthusiasm for pants backfires and Smelly Pete is turned into a crazed monster!

The Soiled Pair has seen better days, and needs a good rummaging in its engine, but unfortunately for Those Scurvy Rascals they aren't the brightest of sea-farin' souls and pull the plug out of the sea!

There's not a morsel to eat on board when a mysterious fridge pops up from the waves - could this be the cure to the famine on board. The fridge contains an enormous panty-pasty! But are our pant-loving pirates that lucky?

As every sea-farin' pirate knows, a cave usually means a genie in a lamp and they are soon back on their mission to steal every pair of pants in sight - even if they're on a genie's bottom!

When a Sumo wrestler comes mysteriously floating across the seas wearing a large pair of pants, Those Scurvy Rascals cannot resist following him back to Japan. They want those extra large panties!

Shark Bait is kidnapped by a Jurassic bird! Mounting a rescue mission, the others come across a Jurassic dinosaur wearing the biggest pair of pants they've ever seen. They aren't about the forfeit their treasure!

Those Scurvy Rascals swap The Soiled Pair for a day at an art gallery - home to a magnificent panty-shaped diamond! The pirates stake out the museum but hadn't bargained on a sneaky pant-loving Frenchman!

Smelly Pete's lying back snoring on deck when Shark Bait spots a beautiful princess in the distance. Those Scurvy Rascals gallantly prepare to rescue her - not least because she's waving her very pretty pants at them!

Shark Bait gets carried away with his cooking and squirts on a poisonous green substance instead of the mustard! Smelly Pete spirals into a nightmarish delusion where all the pants he's ever kidnapped come back to haunt him!

A troop of performing gorillas reveal their sparkly show-pants! Pants that glitter prove too much for Those Scurvy Rascals as they become performin' pirates in the Big Top in order to get the gorillas out of their pants!

A group of half-witted pirates such as Those Scurvy Rascals shouldn't be allowed near technical equipment like computers! Shark Bait's demonstrating his new scanner to his shipmates when something goes awry!
Ep. 25: Lochness Pantster

Time is plentiful on the ship, which leads Those Scurvy Rascals to do some crazy things! In the distance they spot that elusive legend - the Loch Ness Pantster and set out to capture his tartan panties!
