Synopsis
What does it take to succeed as a chef in New York? Six young Swedish chefs get the opportunity of a lifetime, stepping straight into the heat of the action at some of the global metropolis's most prestigious restaurants. Under the guidance of star chef Marcus Samuelsson, their talent, drive, and ability to deliver are put to the test. The pace is relentless and the demands sky-high as cameras follow them through the chaos of service, their daily lives, and their dreams in the world's culinary capital. Whoever handles the pressure best will earn the chance to return to New York and—with Marcus Samuelsson as a mentor—take the step toward becoming Sweden's next star chef.
