Synopsis

The story is set in the 112 information center, the main protagonists are two sisters, Aleša and Mia. The elderly Aleša performs a very stressful and at the same time poorly paid job in the 112 information center. Her already tense everyday life becomes even more complicated when, after many years of studying abroad, her younger sister Mia returns, without money, a job or friends, and, of course, takes refuge on the couch with her older sister. While Aleša struggles with burnout, Mia tries to find her place in this world. While saving the hardships and lives of others, will the sisters also be able to save their own?

Ep. 1: Episode 1 (2025-03-09)

Aleša and her colleagues are trying to manage the chaos in the call center during the floods. On her return to Slovenia, Mia also faces difficulties in heavy rains. He takes refuge in his aunt's apartment, but it is flooded. When he calls 112, he recognizes Aleša, a sister with whom they have not had contact for years, in the voice on the other end. Calls abound during Alesha's shift, and the center struggles with the plight of people trapped in the flooded camp, as well as helping a trapped caver.
Ep. 2: Episode 2 (2025-03-16)

By a combination of circumstances, Mia also begins her training to work in a call center. Aleša faces the problem of finding a contractor to renovate her flooded apartment, but at the same time she receives a demanding task at work to bring her own sister to work. At the call of a girl who claims that there are aliens in their garage, the sisters begin to relive their own childhood and the resentments that stem from their childhood.
Ep. 3: Episode 3 (2025-03-23)

A professional colleague wants to clear up with Mia and Aleša for inappropriate behavior when calling a girl in distress. While Mia's life is also stabilizing somewhat due to hanging out with her elderly neighbor Joži, Aleša is tormented by constant fatigue with the helplessness she feels in her personal life. The call center team encounters calls related to direct transmission of violence against an elderly person in one of the nursing homes. Monitoring this situation and finding the perpetrators and location, this time Mia turns out to be the best at connecting the data obtained by the callers as well.
Ep. 4: Episode 4 (2025-03-30)

Tensions between the sisters escalate as Mia uncovers documents pointing to a hidden tragedy. Aleša must decide whether to reveal the truth or protect those she loves.
Ep. 5: Episode 5 (2025-04-06)

At the call centre, Aleša receives a call from a child who is a witness to domestic violence and a call from a person in need who has been exposed to cyberbullying and is desperate about their life situation. The sisters go to a family dinner with their mother and her new partner, where all the emotions and problems within an otherwise seemingly harmonious family environment are brought to life on a daily basis. Mia and Aleša withdraw from the situation and call for help. Over the drink, Mia confides in Aleshi what her biggest life dilemma is right now.

A mistake at the call center has serious consequences. Mia confronts someone from the past who reveals shocking details about their family.
Ep. 7: Episode 7 (2025-04-20)

Aleša is forced to choose between truth and loyalty as connections between the case and her private life emerge. Mia faces a loss that changes her deeply.
Ep. 8: Episode 8 (2025-04-27)

The whole team is gathered in a meeting room, where they analyze the events of the past week with a psychologist. Mia nervously awaits Ivona, who is supposed to come from Slovakia, but her numbers remain elusive. Alesha meets with her mother to talk about the apartment. Amid a mountain of calls at work, Mia is surprised by a visit from her father. Meanwhile, Aleša is stuck in an elevator with her mother. They are rescued by firefighters and Aleša is taken to the UKC. Aleša makes a decision that will significantly change her life.
