The story takes us back to a world where Europe is a distant dream, institutions are under pressure, and the line between good and evil is dangerously blurred. Against this backdrop, the hospital "VYARA, NADEZHDA, LYUBOV" becomes the last island of humanity - a place where life is born, while fear, violence and impunity reign outside. At the center of the series are three women - doctors and midwives, each of whom faces fateful choices between professional duty, personal happiness and the moral price of survival. Faith, hope and love here are not abstract concepts, but tests - sometimes painful, sometimes destructive.

Ep. 1: Episode 1
In 1970, a car accident kills Peter and the pregnant Kremena, but their baby, Margarita, survives. In 1998, on her birthday, she is rejected for an interview at a hospital because of an old intrigue. The same day, during a storm and a new accident, Margo helps with an emergency birth and proves her abilities. In the end, it is revealed that lawyer Philip is hiding a bloody secret.

In the Marseille nightclub, a shootout ends with two murders, and Philip, unwittingly involved, destroys evidence, while the only witness disappears without a trace. Meanwhile, Margot is disciplinary fired from the Emergency Department for a risky birth, performed in the ambulance, during which she saves the daughter and grandson of a deputy minister. However, the scandal turns the situation around - the director of the Vera, Nadezhda, Lyubov hospital appoints her. While Philip plans a wedding and hides the truth from Ekaterina, Margot begins to doubt that the accident that killed her parents was not an accident.

Margo starts working as an obstetrician-gynecologist at "Faith, Hope and Love" and quickly proves herself, but causes jealousy in Dr. Diana. Her relationship with Dr. Bogdan Katsarov becomes complicated, while Lidiya and Atanas Dermendzhievi begin to intrigue her. Vaso - a former French legionnaire and Vlado's son - appears and shakes the balance in the hospital and outside it. Meanwhile, Philip and Gele cover up the traces of the Marseille club, and Bilyana hides in fear. Svetla keeps secrets about Petar and Margo, which begin to come to light. In the end, Vlado and Vaso confront each other, and the tension between them escalates.

Biljana learns about discovered human remains and fears that her friend Silvia is in danger. In the end, Margo makes a shocking discovery.

Enraged, Diana blames Lydia, especially after connecting her actions with the past in Yambol and Marina’s story. She invites Marina for coffee, supposedly for support, but secretly records her in order to reveal the truth about Lydia.

Meanwhile, her grandmother begins to remember details about the car and the driver.

Diana's grandmother's condition deteriorates dramatically and she dies, which devastates her. Diana loses control, makes a serious mistake in the hospital, and reaches for alcohol to numb the pain. Despite Krasimira's attempts to help her, Diana withdraws into herself and begins to contemplate dangerous revenge.

At the Marseille club, the morning begins with blood after Diana attacks Gele, and Vaso is forced to shoot him to control the situation. While Philip and Zoya are in shock, Vaso organizes an impromptu rescue operation for the seriously injured Diana. Atanas is urgently called in to help remove the bullet from her body, and Vaso donates his own blood for a transfusion. After hiding Gele's body, Vaso declares to everyone that from now on he is the new boss, and Gele has simply "gone abroad." As Diana recovers, an attraction develops between her and Vaso that drives Zoya crazy. Gele's jealous ex-lover hopes to commit to Vaso, but he dismisses her with disdain.

Diana learns the hard truth – after being wounded, Atanas was forced to remove her uterus to save her and she will not be able to have children. The news, along with the loss of her grandmother, breaks her. Vaso, unexpectedly for himself, begins to feel sympathy for her, while Zoya shows false concern and faces suspicions of her own pregnancy. Vlado refuses to talk about his son, and Dancho continues to search for clues about the disappearances, to no avail. Meanwhile, Diana unceremoniously takes her grandmother's urn, feeling emptiness and guilt.

Margo searches for answers about the accident, and Vlado's memories reveal her mother's dramatic birth and her strong sacrifice. His meeting with Svetla strengthens the ties from the past, while Margo finally thanks him. Tensions escalate in the hospital - Diana confronts Lydia in defense of Teodora, and in parallel, a serious case of illegal abortion reveals corruption and impunity. Personal dramas become entangled - Georgi promises Margo not to move, but hides his true intentions, and Bogdan unintentionally reveals his secret. Zoya announces her pregnancy and enters into an open confrontation with Diana, while Vaso reacts with ridicule.

The gypsy shows Krasimira and Filip a recording incriminating Lydia. Despite the insistence on punishment, the lack of documentation from Yambol makes the dismissal uncertain. At the same time, several parallel lines develop: a pregnant girl from the apartment tries to escape and file a police report, but is discovered and threatened. Filip and Atanas decide to open their own AG office; Filip tries to balance work and impending fatherhood, while he and Katya prepare for the baby despite Svetla's superstitions.
