Synopsis
Yoshida is a tiny, frail high school graduate who became an unwilling manager of an apartment complex when his father, the former manager, injured himself. Unbeknownst to him, this apartment complex houses quite a few women with very... unusual sexual preferences. This becomes a problem when a mysterious entity begins giving "Libido Cloth" to these women—skimpy outfits that give them superpowers and cause them to go on lewd rampages! Will Yoshida be able to stop them?

When Yoshida wakes up in bed, beside him lay Sakakura, the "Dipsomaniac" drowning her grief over losing her beloved husband in alcohol. To stop her rampage, Yoshida purchases a new weapon worth 100,000 yen from Kanzaki.

Just when Yoshida is in deep trouble, he receives a surprise attack by the Level A Housewife, "Justiceman," Shoda. A new battle as the manager begins.

It was the very wives he once fought against who saved Yoshida from Shouda's atrocity. Seizing the chance, Gouda unleashes his signature move, "Wife-Drop," exploding onto Shouda's face. But Shouda, having clothed the line, activates the forbidden "Cloth Second Release," awakening as the Superhero of Justice. The fate of the apartment complex now rests in the hands of the manager.
