Synopsis

After surviving a severe attack, Prof. Dr. İnan Kural, the distinguished chief physician of Umutpark Medical Foundation Hospital, returns to life with no memory of the past 12 years. He finds himself in a world that feels completely unfamiliar. The years he lived are far from even being memories for him, and he struggles to recognize even himself. Surrounded by unfamiliar relationships, incomprehensible bonds, and unanswered questions, he is forced to rebuild his life from scratch.

Ep. 1: Episode 1 (2026-03-08)

After miraculously surviving the attack, Prof. Dr. İnan Kural, who lost 12 years of his memory, opens his eyes to an entirely different life. He is no longer a doctor; now he is the patient. He has divorced his great love, and his family has fallen apart. He may have climbed to the very top as a doctor, but in this journey, he has broken the hearts of his friends and almost everyone around him. Unable to understand how he turned into such a cold, almost ruthless man, İnan returns to the hospital to rediscover himself in this completely foreign world. Even if he has to start from the very bottom, he is determined to get back on his feet. As the painful secrets of the past and the sins he knows he committed but has forgotten come to light one by one, the greatest supporter in his new life becomes Elif, the young doctor who was once his assistant. However, there is something İnan doesn't know: Elif harbors a much deeper story about him in her heart.
Ep. 2: Episode 2 (2026-03-15)

Having served as the head of the internal medicine department for years, İnan, now admitted as a patient, struggles to understand both himself and the man he has become over the years. As the administration prepares to implement new security and communication protocols in the hospital due to the rising incidents of violence against healthcare workers, Ilgaz and Neslihan take action to rid themselves of İnan forever. Meanwhile, the condition of a young patient whose diagnosis remains elusive continues to worsen despite all interventions, and İnan's instincts—now that he can no longer officially practice medicine—give the case an entirely new direction. However, the cost of this move will be paid by an unexpected person, leaving Elif right in the middle of a grueling ordeal where she will question both her professional future and the trust she has placed in İnan.
Ep. 3: Episode 3 (2026-03-22)

The memory of a brief moment that left everyone in suspense, İnan begins his first day as a doctor in his new life. However, due to the rule set by Ilgaz, he will not intervene with patients or communicate with them. But of course, this is a quite impossible situation for İnan. With Elif's mother being admitted to the hospital, İnan will break his first communication rule, but this situation will reveal an important secret related to Elif's mother. Elif, on the other hand, has a new decision regarding İnan, and with this decision, she enters a serious change. Meanwhile, a patient from Toprak's past causes him difficult moments. While Toprak struggles to make a diagnosis without being able to communicate with his patient, İnan will once again clash with him and his decisions.
Ep. 4: Episode 4 (2026-03-29)

İnan has realized that his ex-girlfriend is Elif, but he doesn't want to confront her about it yet, and he has a valid reason for that. Unaware of Ilgaz and Nesli's schemes, İnan, even though he suspects himself in the prosecutor's investigation, decides to pursue the truth with Elif's support. This truth will be quite surprising for İnan and Elif. Although Elif won't miss the growing closeness between Toprak and Aslı, Aslı will witness a conversation that ends in disappointment for her. But she is also determined to teach Toprak a lesson. Dursun, who has been crying nonstop for 11 days, and Seda, who experiences unexplained attacks, will cause the doctors at Umutpark Hospital to battle brand-new diseases.
