Synopsis
Wen Qiansu's life crumbles after witnessing her fiancé cheating on her with her stepsister. Instead of standing up for her, her father cruelly kicks her out of her home. During that rainy night, she encounters the mysterious Mr. Huo. The gears of fate begin to turn—Wen Qiansu discovers that the rumoured cold and crazy Mr. Huo is actually gentle and caring; he looks after her tenderly, and she gradually develops feelings for him. However, Wen Qiansu doesn't know that Mr. Huo has actually liked her for a very long time. His obsession runs deep—in his previous life, he imprisoned her and chained her up after she rejected him. After his rebirth, he hid his obsessive nature, cautiously approaching and protecting her, and attempts to make amends for his mistakes in his past life.
