Synopsis
Food trucks are popular across America, but running a successful food truck isn't an easy road, and most hit a dead end soon after opening. No one knows this better than entrepreneurs Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, cousins and owners of Cousins Maine Lobster, a multi-million dollar food truck empire. Using their expertise and insight, the cousins help struggling food truckers before they're derailed for good. Sabin and Jim make over everything from the truck to the menu while rehabilitating the business and relationship between owners, too.

Ep. 1: I Dream of Pizza
Father and son-in-law Ron and Alex are partners and owners of a wood-fired pizza truck, Pacific Pizza Co., in Los Angeles. Their successful business quickly went downhill after a horrible tragedy struck the family and their truck experienced a full-scale breakdown. Unable to recover from the hit both personally and financially, Pacific Pizza Co. was soon hemorrhaging cash and the owners were spiraling into debt, making the delicate relationship between father and son-in-law increasingly fragile. Food truck entrepreneurs Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis work with Ron and Alex to rehabilitate their business, revive the menu and repair their personal relationship.
