Synopsis

The (gin) family Van Bol’Es is central to the series. All events and characters in the show are fictional. The series consists of two storylines. The storyline of the adults mainly focuses on the struggle for leadership between the two sisters, Hanna and Claudia van Bol’Es. The second storyline follows seven young people from Schiedam (including Han van Bol’Es, Hanna’s son), who discover that extremely dangerous things are happening in their city. Things that cannot bear the light of day.

Season 1 (2025)

Ep. 1: Diamond Gin (2025-03-22)

At the Bol'Es distillery, Hanna van Bol'Es, her husband Gert, and Paul are hard at work preparing for an important visit from the prince of Macau. Meanwhile, Hanna's sister Claudia gets commended by the mayor for her hard work at Irado, the garbage collection service. When the gift for the prince disappears, tensions rise between the two sisters, leading to an intense feud. Elsewhere, some teenagers - including Hanna and Gert's son Han and Paul's children Lars and Ruud - organize a small party to barbecue and drink exclusive, unreleased "Diamond Gin" by the van Bol'Es distillery. As the night unfolds, hidden emotions surface and the party spirals out of control, until their furious parents arrive to put an end to it. Then, while fulfilling their punishment for underage drinking by working at Irado, Guido and Ronald discover something horrible.
Ep. 2: The Inheritance (2025-05-10)

Han and his friends' party ends up in the newspaper in an unpleasant way. Hanna is furious-especially when his actions cause the deal with the Prince of Macau to fall through. But how did this Prince even get to see the newspaper? In the middle of the night, the friends make a shocking discovery on Irado's premises. Han and Ophelia grow closer. When Hanna suspends Gert from the company and Claudia shares information with her about the family history, the unrest within the family only grows.
Ep. 3: Generations (2025-06-28)

Han and his friends are training to stop Irado’s villains. While Guido thinks something is blossoming between him and Hollie, the love between Gert and Hanna has hit rock bottom. A conversation between Claudia, Hanna, and their mother completely spirals out of control. Could this be the moment the sisters finally reconnect? Ophelia makes a big decision, but her father doesn’t react the way she hoped. Claudia and Gert grow closer. The night of the deal - and the confrontation between two generations - is about to begin…
Ep. 4: The Fall (2025-09-04)

Hollie and Ophelia are in Osric's hands, and things are threatening to end badly. Hanna and Claudia, however, seem to be growing closer. But, is this real, or just an act..? Guido and Ronald are also playing a double role, Lilly is becoming more and more dangerous, and Han must now make a long-delayed choice: take action or not?
