Synopsis

It tells a story of Adedunjoye, a simple man who loves his wife and children, he was told to become the King of Ilara's Kingdom as the Kingship has gotten to his family lineage, uninterested in the offer, he vehemently refused, after several persuasion, he obliged and became the King, his ascension to the King was followed by a lot of opposition who sought to make his tenure miserable

Ep. 1: Door Threshold (2024-12-13)

Ifa unexpectedly chooses Adedunjuoye to be the village's next king. Hesitant, the future king is urged by Amaka to fulfill his birthright duties.
Ep. 2: Door Jamb (2024-12-13)

Against all odds and attack, Adedunjoye becomes the King of Ilara, he immediately lay down rules that will govern the Ilara Kingdom and ensures strict compliance, by punishing defaulters - which includes the Powerful Otun's family.
Ep. 3: Door Frame (2024-12-13)

Several misfortune soon began to happen in Ilara including the sudden death of the King's daughter, bereaved king sought for the advise of the priest who then narrates to King Adedunjoye of the past evil deed of his fore father who killed his seven wives to buy himself more years on earth, including engaging help from a dangerous person named - Esuru.
Ep. 4: Door Lock (2024-12-13)

Following the narration of the misdeeds of the past king to King Adedunjoye, he was advised to knock on seven doors, meaning he must marry six additional wives to make it seven wives to avert further troubles to his kingdom. Amaka vehemently refused and was very sad and wished they never accepted to become King in the first place.
Ep. 5: Door Swivel (2024-12-13)

After much persuasion, King Adedunjoye agrees to marry six additonal wives and he brought them to the palace, the six new wives soon began to make life miserable for Amaka. On a fateful day, the wives connived and poured palm oil on Amaka's dress while going out with the King, furious at the action, the King sent all the six wives out of his palace.
Ep. 6: Door Peephole (2024-12-13)

The King's action soon annoyed the gods who them sought to take his only son - Tade's life, Tade was attacked, but the chief priest were able to revive him temporarily, the priest then advised to King to bring back the other six wives, which he did and also began to care for all of them. To his greatest shock, the gods came visiting again, furious King asks the chiefpriest what the issue was, afterall he has cared and brought back the six wives, the chief priest mentions that the King has to confront the gods - Esuru one on one to clear out the curse.
