Synopsis

So what happens to the players when their daily life in the NFL halts and their lives go 100 to 0? "Life After" follows this difficult transition. Some players pursue interests that got pushed to the side for football, some take skills they learned on the field and monetize them off of the field, and some surprise themselves with a passion they didn't know existed.

Jeff Allen becomes a rookie again. But this time in the cookie industry. After winning a Superbowl with Kansas City, Jeff decided to focus on his life as a dad and a husband and quit the NFL. Jeff and his wife now explore the challenge of owning a small business with their own wildly successful "Cookie Society". Watch Jeff transition from Superbowl Sunday to "Cinnamon Roll Sunday".
Ep. 6: Domenik Hixon & Andrew Hawkins (2022-10-18)

German born, Domenik Hixon recalls his first memorable experience in the states to be fishing with his Uncle. After his third ACL tear, Domenik put down the helmet and picked up a captain's hat for a charter fishing boat. Andrew grew up around football but unlike most great athletes, Andrew saw life after football before he played a down in the NFL. Andrew has an Entrepreneural spirit and when he hung up his cleats, he didn't just start one business, but multiple successful businesses.
Ep. 7: Sherrod Martin & Daniel Wilcox (2022-10-18)

At 7 years old, Daniel Wilcox knew that football was going to be his life, but his creative drive soon landed him an art scholarship to Appalacian State University. When his career in the NFL was cut short, he knew he had to put his sketching abilities to use. Sherrod Martin felt that if he was done with football, his life was over. But he soon came to realize that he missed the comradery of the locker room. He now continues this comradery in a new room, the Barbershop.
Ep. 8: Dr. Myron Rolle (2022-10-18)

After being the #1 high school player in America, it was apparent that Myron Rolle had a future in Football. It wasn't for lack of love for the game that took him out off the field after 3 years in the NFL. It was his love for the human brain. Watch this former NFL safety venture away from the Titans to Zambia where he practices pediatric neurosurgery.
