Ben arrives in the capital Brazzaville where he prepares for a two-day journey into the wilderness to visit one of the longest-surviving cultures in the world, the Mbendjele BaYaka tribe living deep in the jungle in traditional huts made from leaves

On the second leg of his journey, Ben visits a market selling threatened species for food, and heads deeper into the Congo wilderness to fulfil his dream of seeing wild gorillas.

Ben's final leg takes in daredevil fishing, where over a million cubic feet of water flow every second, and Congolese wrestling - in which fighters set themselves on fire, brandish live snakes and eat bottles.
