Synopsis
To save his business, formerly successful psychotherapist Kholmogorov is forced to take on his team a new employee, simple janitor Klava who, using her humane warmth and natural empathy, as opposed to Kholmogorov's trendy techniques, really heals people's souls and helps them overcome any, even the hardest psychological problems. Kholmogorov is skeptical at first; he doesn't believe in the success of this enforced experiment, but, after a while, he realized that Klava not only helps him attract new clients but also sort out his own personal problems.

Ep. 1: Episode 1
Kholmogorov is going through a professional and personal crisis, is losing clients and is about to go bankrupt. One of his former clients accuses him of incompetence and callousness and tells that many of his clients were helped to cope with emotional problems by the cleaning lady Klava, who works in their business center. The crisis manager, who is trying to save Kholmogorov's image, convinces him that a spiritual cleaner should be taken to the team. Klava and Kholmogorov conduct their first session of psychotherapy. Kholmogorov is unhappy and wants to fire Klava. His secretary Kira stands up for her, with whom Kholmogorov had an affair a few years ago, but he stopped it because he did not want to take responsibility. Kholmogorov agrees to leave Klava, but that evening the police come to Klava's rented apartment.

Ep. 2: Episode - 2
Klava Tolik's roommate is accused of theft and demanded money for not initiating a case. Kholmogorov suddenly learns that a casual conversation with Klava helped his old client cope with very serious psychological problems. Kholmogorov realizes that attending Klava's sessions can indeed restore his professional reputation, and helps Klava solve the problem with the police. Klava and Kholmogorov conduct a psychotherapy session with an official. Kholmogorov believes that psychotherapy is not successful because it is difficult for a woman to open up to him. Klava turns out to be more attentive and empathic than Kholmogorov, and understands that in addition to psychological problems, the woman has serious problems with alcohol.

Ep. 3: Episode - 3
Klava helps to return the elderly honored actress, who thinks that no one needs her anymore, faith in herself. Kholmogorov's son, Kostya, tries to meet his father for several days, but Kholmogorov does not find time for him, and Kostya scratches his new car in revenge. Conversations with clients help Klava to look at herself from the outside, a woman wakes up in her and she tries to transform outwardly. Kira, upset that she saw Kholmogorov with a young mistress, does not go to work and wants to quit.

Ep. 4: Episode - 4
Klava conducts a psychotherapy session with Kholmogorov about his relationship with Kira and forces him to confess that he has tender feelings for Kira. Listening to the story of a new client who is in an abusive relationship, Klava realizes that she herself lives with an abuser and decides to part with her roommate Tolik. A new client comes to see Kholmogorov. During the session, Kholmogorov realizes that this is his daughter, with whom he had never communicated or seen before. Kholmogorov worries that he could not establish contact with his daughter, comes to Klava and gets drunk.

Ep. 5: Episode - 5
Kira returns to the office because she is worried about Kholmogorov. Suddenly, Kholmogorov's mistress appears to make a scandal, but Klava finds an approach to her and explains that the girl does not need a relationship with a man much older than her. Kholmogorov introduces his son to his daughter. Kholmogorov sums up the results of the experiment and understands that joint sessions with Klava attracted many new clients and helped solve all his problems. Klava radically changes her image and shares her childhood dreams in which she marries a pilot. Suddenly, civil aviation pilot Rozhdestvensky comes to the reception, with whom Klava immediately develops mutual sympathy.
