Synopsis
Meet Matt, Jia, Emma and Tim. These four students at Edwin Doolittle Elementary School may look like ordinary kids, but these friends are anything but. That’s because when animals around the world get into trouble, something incredible happens! Matt, Jia, Emma and Tim receive a special signal on their high-tech backpacks, alerting them to the trouble. Now the friends put their ordinary school life on hold and leap into action, transforming into an extraordinary rescue team known as the Petronix Defenders!

When MacTrapp (and his Flunkies) try to steal a Capuchin Monkey, the Monkey turns the tables and creates a world of trouble - leading Matt and Emma (plus pets) to save the Monkey and MacTrapp's team.

When the Petronix Team goes to the mountains of Peru to rescue a Condor from mean MacTrapp, Jia pretends to know more than she does about the giant bird, which interferes with the mission.

When Princess Petswiper carelessly litters, she attracts a Brown Bear who comes foraging, putting him at risk, along with the other animals of the forest. Matt and Emma will need all their skills to save the Bear and teach the Princess to take responsibility.

When MacTrapp captures a Snow Leopard - a big cat known as the Ghost of the Mountain - the Petronix Defenders use what they learn about the animal to help rescue it.
