Jamie's joined by his friend Christian, AKA DJ BBQ, as he reveals his ultimate burger and the recipe to his secret sauce. And Jamie makes Mexican huevos rancheros - with eggs, a spicy tomato salsa, black beans, avocado and a soft tortilla.

Jamie is joined by his friend Gennaro to make the perfect bolognese ravioli. Jamie also creates the ultimate cheese toastie, fish and chips with an Indian pale-ale batter, and also offers his take on the nation's favourite dish - chicken tikka masala.

Jamie makes sticky toffee pudding with his mum Sally. He rustles up more comfort food with the perfect steak and onion sandwich and a lasagne with roasted duck. And also cooks an Italian classic, osso buco with saffron risotto.

Jamie Oliver cooks a hearty fish pie, including a delicate fish curry sauce. He makes gnudi - like gnocchi, but lighter - served with a butter and sage sauce. And Jamie also makes the ultimate bacon sarnie and a hummingbird cake.

Jamie Oliver cooks his versions of ham, egg and chips, the ultimate chicken kebab, a three-tiered chocolate sponge cake with nougat frosting and, lastly, there's a speedy crab linguine.
