Synopsis

Paz is a self-centered influencer who arrives in the town of Água-Marinha, where she clashes with a local activist and is “canceled” for offensive insults. One hundred years earlier, in 1922, Cecília is facing a forced marriage — a life she doesn't want — in Água-Marinha after her parents’ death. Mysteriously, the universe gives the two women an exit as they are swapped into each other’s bodies.

Influencer Paz has the town of Água-Marinha in a frenzy. Her arrival, however, doesn't go over well with local activists. After an argument goes viral, Paz faces backlash for using offensive language. A century earlier, in 1922, Cecília is facing difficulties in Água-Marinha, as her godparents are forcing her to marry their son. Both women seek a change of destinies… and the universe listens.
Ep. 2: How Did this Happen to Me? (2023-05-10)

Cecília enjoys the benefits of living in 2022, particularly the freedom to date whomever she wants. Additionally, she finds herself attracted to Maria, the woman who Paz offended the previous day. Meanwhile, Paz's mother and husband work to "uncancel" the influencer. In 1922, a desperate Paz struggles to navigate the world she finds herself in and searches for clues as to how she got there.
Ep. 3: Me In this World (2023-05-10)

In 2022, Cecília realizes the harm that the "House of Paz" will do to Água-Marinha and to Maria's business, leading her to make drastic changes. Maria, meanwhile, begins to see Cecília in a different light. In 1922, although she has become more aware of the limitations of the time, Paz uses her "influencing" abilities and Cecília’s best friend in an attempt to win the priest's support.
Ep. 4: Give Me Back My Life (2023-05-10)

In 2022, Cecília confesses to Luíza who she really is as Luíza blocks Cecília's creative decisions. Cecília decides to come out as a lesbian, and while the move backfires on social media, she is finally able to connect with Maria. In 1922, Paz learns about a mysterious mother and daughter, and the dangerous man who keeps them locked away. Paz discovers how she swapped bodies with Cecília.
Ep. 5: Who Knows, Maybe I'll See You in the Future (2023-05-10)

In 2022, the House of Paz's request for a foreclosure on the property goes to court. After Cecília testifies, Luíza and Gui move to block her from accessing Paz's bank accounts, as they believe she's turned against the family business. In 1922, Paz learns the truth about Bertha — she also comes from the future. Before escaping, Bertha leaves a box with Anika and warns Paz about Maurício.
Ep. 6: Worse than Fake News (2023-05-10)

In 2022, Cecília seeks to help Maria's business even though Luíza has cut her off from Paz's bank accounts. A fundraiser doesn't go as planned, leading to a break between Cecília and Maria. In 1922, enraged by Bertha's escape, Maurício threatens to have his sister Otávia marry Raul, provoking Paz, who he blames for Bertha's departure. Paz discovers the truth about the murder of Cecília's parents.
Ep. 7: It's Going to take Century (2023-05-10)

In 2022, Cecília seeks to retake control of her/Paz's life, but she loses her cool after learning that Luíza schemed to restart the House of Paz project. Luíza and Gui have Cecília placed in a wellness center to recover from her "identity crisis." In 1922, Paz plans to expose Maurício's crimes to the townspeople. But while the effort lead to Maurício's arrest, it also has an unexpected outcome.
Ep. 8: End of Times (2023-05-10)

In 2022, Cecília resumes writing in her old diary that has entries by Paz written a hundred years ago. Upon discovering that there is a day for the swap, she sets a new course for the House of Paz and redefines Paz's social media accounts. In 1922, Otávia organizes a women's march to free Paz. Amid the confusion, Maurício escapes from jail in a desperate attempt to exact revenge against Paz.
