Synopsis

Release the Hounds is a British television game show broadcast on ITV2 from October 2013 to February 2018. The show, hosted first by Reggie Yates and later by Matt Edmondson, culminates in the participants attempting to complete scary gruesome challenges in order to find keys to unlock chests containing money and then being chased by dogs in the hope of escaping and winning the cash prize.

Reggie Yates presents a special festive edition of the horror game show, featuring celebrity contestants Perri, Ashley and Jordan from dance troupe Diversity.
Ep. 3: Christmas Special (2) (2015-12-09)

The scariest gameshow on TV will bring alive the festive frights for viewers with a Christmas special of Release the Hounds featuring the cast of The Ibiza Weekender. Airing on ITV2 during week 50 the special will feature Jordan, Sophie and Rachel from The Ibiza Weekender as they're left in a remote Eastern European location from dusk through to the dead of night. Host Reggie Yates, will be their only form of communication as they attempt gruesome challenges for charity. The games they will play are called Hair, Skin & Nails, The Messy Twins and Empty Orchestra.

Brand new host, Matt Edmondson, will be at the helm of the celebrated show, which will see four TOWIE cast members swap Essex for a remote forest at the dead of night… Brothers Jon and Chris Clark will join Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows for the spooktacular feature-length Halloween episode.
