Synopsis
When widower Ramzi — a man in his sixties — announces he's marrying Nisrine, a woman young enough to be his daughter, his son Jad and Jad's girlfriend Sila are furious. What follows is a battle of wills as the family schemes to drive Nisrine away, while she fights to hold her ground. A Lebanese Ramadan drama praised for its cinematic quality, realistic characters and escalating tension — viewers found themselves genuinely divided over who to root for. A drama revolving around the marriage of a 60-year-old man, and Nisreen, who is many years younger, which causes a shock to the family, especially to his son Gad and his love Sella, and the conflict begins in the attempts to get rid of the young wife and drive her out of the family farm.

The widower Ramzy brings Nisreen to his farm in order to marry her without the knowledge of his family. Linda discovers what Ramzy intends to do, and she tells his son Gad and his fiancée Sella.

Nisreen, Gad and Gina get closer together and Gina tells them that Yusuf is trying to manipulate her again. Yusuf is having an affair with his mistress. Hisham's health deteriorates due to his alcoholism.

Nisreen reveals the details of her harsh childhood to Gad. Gad tells her about the circumstances of his mother's death when she tried to save him from drowning. Nisreen collapses after her father reappears, and the real killer -who is Bodie's colleague- commits suicide.

A misunderstanding happens between Gad and Nisreen. Hisham's spite grows increasingly to those around him. Tarek decides to live with Nisreen and Hisham asks Nisreen to bring his family to him and help him financially.
