Two years ago, a medical student, Mi Ka, got caught up in a jewelry heist and was abducted by criminals. A SWAT member, Xing Kelei, risked his life to rescue her. After Mi Ka's escape, she never crossed paths with her rescuer again, but she vividly remembered his deep eyes beneath the protective gear. Two years later, she encountered the Chief Instructor, Xing Kelei at, an emergency rescue training camp.
Ep. 2: Confrontation (2021-03-11)

Xing Kelei informed the group of trainees that someone had sneaked out of the base. He made it clear that one person's mistake would result in punishment for the entire group. Mi Ka felt that Xing Kelei was cunning, but to obtain her certificate of completion, she had to swallow her pride and admit her fault. As the training continued, tension rose between them as they clashed, each unwilling to yield.
Ep. 3: Saved Her for the Second Time (2021-03-11)

Mi Ka got lost in the mountains and injured her foot. Hearing that Mi Ka hadn't returned, Xing Kelei became anxious and went to look for her. Eventually, he discovered her trail at the foot of the mountain. Xing Kelei finally understood Mi Ka's reasons for leaving the base without permission. Seeing Mi Ka's warmth and enthusiasm, he finally understood her.
Ep. 4: Fearlessly (2021-03-11)

Mi Ka suddenly received an urgent signal on the rescue app. There was an accident nearby in urgent need of rescue, but the surroundings were perilous. Mi Ka insisted on going to help, so Xing Kelei had no choice but to tie her with a rope and guide her safely to the accident scene.

Her efforts had finally earned recognition from Wei Lan. Xing Kelei waited for Mi Ka at the hospital entrance, wanting to apologize to her. They ended up arguing, but eventually reconciled.

A girl named Mumu drank insecticide and was rushed to the emergency room. Mi Ka, along with all available medical staff in the hospital, assisted in preparing the atropine. Meanwhile, Xing Kelei contacted Li Nian and others on duty, personally leading the team to deliver the medication.

Upon hearing from Qing Xia that Mi Ka was homeless, Xing Kelei rented his house cheaply to Mi Ka and moved to Xing Keyao's house across the street. After moving in, Mi Ka noticed something was off. Every daily necessity she mentioned would mysteriously appear in the house the next day. Qing Xia even suspected that the landlord was a weirdo.

A crazed fan had kidnapped an idol in the city, prompting Xing Kelei to lead the team in tracking and rescuing work. Mi Ka went to the scene to provide support as a paramedic. Seeing Xing Kelei wearing protective gear, she was reminded of the SWAT officer who saved her two years ago.
Ep. 11: Weekend Outing (2021-03-13)

Xing Kelei made plans to go out with Mi Ka over the weekend, but little did he know that on the day of their outing, he received an urgent mission and had to leave abruptly. He asked Lu Feng to help take care of Mi Ka. Coincidentally, Mi Ka asked Qingxia to accompany her. Lu Feng was drawn to Qingxia's straightforward and capable demeanor.

Due to heavy rain, the water level of the upstream reservoir in Xinguan Village surged rapidly. Xing Kelei received orders to evacuate all residents of Xinguan Village immediately. However, Shao Yuhan insisted on completing the surgery for a patient before leaving. Their opposing stances led to an argument.

Xing Kelei and Mi Ka ventured into the mine for a rescue mission. Just as they were about to exit the mine, a sudden aftershock damaged the elevator. With the auxiliary shaft blocked off, both of them were trapped inside the mine.

Xing Kelei and Mi Ka exhausted their strength but couldn't get out of the mine. As the oxygen in the mine gradually depleted, they felt their lives were nearing an end. It was then that Xing Kelei confessed his feelings to Mi Ka.

Upon returning to the country, Mi Ka was unexpectedly held hostage by drug dealers while on a bus journey. Xing Kelei arrived at the scene and learned that Mi Ka was trapped inside the bus. He proposed disguising himself as a medical professional to board the bus along with several doctors.
Ep. 40: On the Brink of Death (2021-04-08)

Amidst a shootout, the head of drug dealers seized Mi Ka and Xing Kelei, forcing them back onto the bus. Xing Kelei engaged in a fierce fight with the former but found himself at a disadvantage. He was stabbed while protecting Mi Ka.
