Adrian's journey starts in the south at Mizen Head, where waves reach astounding heights. After visiting a friend in Cork, he sails to the Skellig Islands, home to monastic ruins seen in Star Wars. On the Aran Islands, he tours a clifftop prehistoric fort before hitting Donegal's beaches to chat with a founding father of Irish surfing. In County Sligo, he pays tribute to great Irish poet WB Yates.

Adrian learns fascinating history at mainland Ireland's most northerly tip, from Marconi's wireless messages to signs that helped WWII pilots. After a scenic railway journey, he visits the legendary Giant's Causeway and samples short horn beef.
