Synopsis

Moti, a private tutor just starting out, loses his mother in an accident and learns that his older brother is moving abroad. As his family falls apart, Moti tries to keep himself busy—finding students, love, anything. And then Danny, the spoiled student, remembers he has a test tomorrow.
Ep. 2: Small Latte (2020-12-21)

Moti starts working at a café and falls in love with a customer who orders a small latte with lots of foam. An encounter with a new student inspires Moti to write the story of his coming of age during the years he was estranged from his father, and Yoni asks Moti to look after their father in his place.
Ep. 3: Good luck, Moti (2020-12-28)

Moti is teaching a group of teenagers who are finishing high school, and they’re eating him up. Moti is curious about Ma’ayan, who seems preoccupied with other things. He begins to tell Aviv that her father has a head injury, and he’s not sure whether he’s more committed to her father or to her.
Ep. 4: Bulgur Salad (2020-12-28)

Maayan is interested in Moti’s writing and asks if he wants to go to the beach with her. Moti comes for the first time to help his father, and every sentence between them carries baggage from the past. Moti prepares Itamar for his initial draft notice and explains that there are some things he’d be better off not mentioning.
Ep. 5: Verbal Problems (2021-01-04)

While walking along the beach with Maayan, Moti unexpectedly runs into her parents and receives an invitation to her wedding. The group of high school seniors studying for their final exams convinces Moti to make a bet with them about the exam material. Moti throws away his mother’s belongings and realizes he doesn’t have a mother, but he does have a father.

Danny thinks that Moti and Maayan’s relationship is platonic, even though Maayan asked him out on a date. Moti, on the other hand, believes his life is about to change. On their date, Moti and Maayan set out to find the lottery ticket that Avigdor left on the last bus.
Ep. 7: Laugh More (2021-01-11)

Moti and Maayan meet at the beach. Moti tells Maayan that he’s only had three girlfriends, and Maayan says she’s had many. Moti and Aviv do an exercise where each imagines where they’ll be in a year, and Moti—who hadn’t planned on reading his answer aloud—is forced to back down.
Ep. 8: Sex and the Zodiac (2021-01-11)

According to astrology, Moti and Maayan are a good match, but she has no intention of calling off the wedding. Moti is waiting for Danny to pay him, but Danny’s mother didn’t know that he was still tutoring him. The group takes their high school graduation exams and discovers that material they didn’t study appears on the test.
Ep. 9: We fell in Be'er Sheva (2021-01-18)

Avigdor falls in his apartment, and Moti takes care of him. He calls Maayan and feels everything getting mixed up: his feelings for her, his father’s condition, and his mother’s death. Avigdor recovers after an unexpected surprise, and to celebrate, they decide to have a barbecue every day.
Ep. 10: Forbidden Loves (2021-01-18)

Moti receives an offer to teach at a high school, and as a reward for Dani's good grades, his mother gives him three books for 100. On Maayan's wedding day, Moti tells his father about his love for her.
