When three members of a notorious Korean gang escape while in transit to an LA prison, Connie and his team must drop everything to capture them. The brutal escapees cut a swath of mayhem and violence across the city and the Fugitive Task Force must stage an elaborate ruse in an attempt to trap the gang's leader.

As Connie and the team pursue the fugitive south of the border, they discover corrupt Mexican authorities are protecting Soledad from extradition.
