The Love Wagon rolls on to Rwanda, where new members await, including dance instructor Yuina and ninja buff Joy-kun; ill with typhoid, Kou goes on ahead.

At a rural hospital, the members observe the country's drone delivery system for blood transfusions; they also learn about the Rwandan genocide.

With Kou and Yuina out sick, Husky is the only female member on the love wagon; when she gets sick too, the men try to come up with ways to cheer them up.

Joy-kun asks the staff to have Husky meet him outside. O-ji worries about Kou, who is still very ill, and the members visit Lake Kivu.

O-ji plans a surprise for Kou while camping on an island in Lake Kivu, but a fierce storm stops him; Kou makes an announcement the following morning.

The remaining five members board a plane to Tanzania, where two new members join, including idol cafe proprietor Aonyan and former host club manager Genove.

The members begin their six-day trek to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro; during the ascent, Joy-kun tries to connect with Husky.

On the final leg of the trek, all seven members make their way to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, but the extreme conditions take a physical toll.

Husky reflects on her mountain trek and how it's affected her view of Joy-kun; after finishing the climb, Hide tells the group about a big decision.
