John Grabowska

Biography
John Grabowska makes natural history films on wilderness, the American West and Alaska. His films have won awards at festivals around the world and are broadcast nationally as prime time specials on PBS. Grabowska has lectured on natural history filmmaking at The National Geographic Society and the Smithsonian Institution, led environmental media workshops in Argentina and Panama, cofounded the American Conservation Film Festival and is a Smithsonian Journeys Expert. The Washington Post called him "one of the virtuoso environmental filmmakers in the country."
