Biography
In the early 2010s, Jennie Abrahamson was relatively unknown to many Swedes—a fact an SVT reporter found highly strange, given how frequently she had been performing alongside Ane Brun. As it happens, her close friendship with Brun proved to be a major stroke of luck in the autumn of 2012. When Ane fell ill and had to withdraw from a tour with former Genesis frontman Peter Gabriel, she recommended Jennie for the spot; Peter reached out to her immediately, and her career has been on a significant upward trajectory ever since.
