Biography
Victoria is a producer, self-taught composer for film & TV and a BAFTA Connect member. Her work includes the feature film The Liability in 2012, directed by Craig Viveiros and starring Tim Roth among others. Her work so far has given her exciting opportunities in her field, including being invited to Berlinale Talents as a sound studio participant in 2015. Having worked in the film industry for many years in various fields, she feels compelled to explore producing as a means to tell stories and experiences as a person of colour that resonate with her, and film has felt the natural medium to do that. In 2019 she worked as a runner on Joy Gharoro-Akpojotor's upcoming feature Bone, and working within production in early 2020 on Sky’s upcoming TV comedy Kisses & Bumflicks. She was accepted on to the B3 Origin mentoring programme in 2021, which is designed to help Black, Asian & multicultural creatives working across the fields of film. This led her to work with writer/director/actor Precious Wura Alabi as a producer on her fiction short (SPIN) which was backed by the BFI and recently showed at BAFTA/Oscar accredited film festivals such as Palm Springs International Film Festival.
