Biography
Frigyes Mamcserov ( Budapest, March 9, 1923 – Budapest , November 7, 1997) is a Hungarian film director and screenwriter. Between 1949 and 1953, he was a student at the College of Theater and Film Arts , where he was taught by Gyula Háy and Márton Keleti . Between 1953 and 1956 , he was a dramaturg trainee at the Hunnia Film Factory . Between 1954 and 1962 - with interruptions - he was László Ranódy's assistant. Between 1956 and 1958, he produced films for the Workers' Film Institute in Brussels and Filmpartner Ship in London . He returned home in 1958. From 1962, he was also the director of Hungarian Television.
