In addition to being a ballet dancer, Vladimir Malakhov is also the artistic director of the ballet ensemble of the Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin and travels all over the world with his company. This portrait shows in a candid way what the intensive life of a top dancer looks like. He himself is still nervous when he goes on stage.
