Synopsis
A love potion? Straight roommate Christopher Cox is certain this will get him into his girlfriend's pants but his old buddy Wolff has other plans. As the group of friends samples the elixir they find that it is the perfect aphrodisiac when it comes to some hot man-on-man sex! From new neighbors to the gardeners the "Seeds Of Love" are being planted in this hot romp that is a pleasure to watch.
