An experimental, surrealistic film about equality, expressing the importance of equal rights for all. In a world where discrimination is still one of it's largest issues, Black and White Laws in a Colorful World explores how society's support for equality is rapidly growing yet old and discriminative laws and anti-gay government views are not changing at the same rate or are not changing at all.
