Synopsis

My rambling diary by the Chao Bai River, filmed with thermal imaging. Arising from an avoidance of confronting the deaths of pets and loved ones, the film follows repeated winter night walks in Yanjiao, searching for warmth and anomalies, while simulating the sensation of the eye’s rapid descent at the moment of falling asleep.
