Like evig som oss – Erlend Ropstad (2024)

Synopsis

Pål Laukli and Erlend Ropstad met through mutual friends in Harstad around ten years ago and immediately hit it off. The idea of working together stayed with them until the winter of 2024, when Erlend was putting the finishing touches on his album Like Evig Som Oss. Pål, an award-winning and internationally acclaimed photographer, took charge of the visual universe surrounding the release – from the album artwork to music videos and film. Their collaboration took them to Scotland, where they spent a few days in March. The result was Like Evig Som Oss, a poetic music film somewhere between art film, documentary and music video, bringing together Erlend Ropstad’s musical universe and Pål Laukli’s distinctive visual language.
