Synopsis
The enormous financial interests generated by urban regeneration, and the traps of yakuza conspiracies lurking within… In Asakusa, Tokyo, the sinister influence of Sakagami, a senior yakuza executive, had reached even this neighbourhood. When the beautiful female mahjong player Yoko Watase—holder of the Women’s Meijin title—set foot in this town, the mahjong parlour run by her mentor, Jiro Takagi, was also being forced to vacate the premises. She challenges Sakagami to a mahjong match with the parlour’s rights at stake!!!
