Synopsis
Fifteen years ago, a group of powerful and corrupt individuals of varying backgrounds turned Duma City into a "hell island," where high school student Xiaodi was brutally raped and killed. Fifteen years later, these manipulators behind the scenes meet a series of gruesome deaths. Fang Tianyang, who witnessed the murders fifteen years ago, and police officer Fang Zhengnan delve into the investigation, only to discover that this anonymous killing is not merely revenge, but a belated indictment.
