Synopsis
After a five-month stay on a fishing trawler in the ocean, Stepan Lezhnyov decides to spend a vacation in his native village. Meetings with relatives and friends, assistance in solving large and small problems of collective farm life awaken in Stepan the desire to stay here forever...
