Synopsis

In this film, which tells about the harmful effects of bureaucracy that existed among some employees of the socialist society, it is said that Khartsag, who wrote about the shortcomings of his organization in the newspaper, was called a "strange person". Try to send him to a psychiatric hospital and the police station. He organized a picnic with his group in the name of going out in the wind to relax, after forcing him to drink alcohol and making him drunk, he ruined his reputation, and even his wife took his children who did not understand him and left home, leaving him in a state of loneliness and suffering.
