Synopsis
Tatsuya Shirakawa, the acting head of the Kurosu clan, who has ruled Shibuya, where outlaws are thriving, and has reached the top of the underworld, is planning to expand his power to the outer cities. In the midst of all this, Hirabayashi of the Ginsei Kai, who is after Shirakawa's life, unleashes three gunmen. Then, an old chivalrous man's deadly bullet pierces Shirakawa's chest...
