Synopsis

A unique transuranic element has been discovered in Kazakhstan. Scientists have not yet revealed the essence of the substance, but they are confident that it will revolutionize the scientific world. The element receives an unofficial name — Oberon, and information about its development is classified by the state. However, the special services and criminal syndicates of different countries, having learned about a valuable find, begin a real hunt for it.
