Synopsis

Based upon "The Stealing of the Veil" from Johann Karl August Musäusʼ considered to be the origin of Ivanov and Petipa's Swan Lake, this rendition offers a nuanced exploration of the perennial narrative, delving into themes of love, betrayal, freedom and transformation, adding layers of complexity to the narrative through its modern lens.
